Current Officers:
The following members were present Janice, Ed, Rob, Jim Murphy, Rich, Roy, Andy, Joanne, Bob, Peter, Steve, Tom, Muriel, Barbara, Ralph, and Newt. The following were guests: Susan Murphy and Brooke Wesche. The members were updated on the 106 Children's day and the Haiti relief efforts. Bill Sutton from the Manorville press has attended the 2nd meeting and will be sworn in next meeting as our newest member. Muriel wrote the guidelines for awarding the Scholarships and the members asked if those could be emailed to all the members and then we could vote on it next week. Muriel will be sending the criteria. Steve Kronman explained the District wide SUPER BOWL GAME to raise funds for Polio Plus. This game will raise almost $33,000 for the Polio project and will meet yearly obligation for the District. Brooke Wesche gave us an update on her college experience and thanked us for the RYLA award. The committee was formed for the 75th Anniversary of the Moriches Rotary in 2012. Tom Chieffo will chair and the following members agreed to serve Bob Dovale, Steve Kronman, and Andy. The foundation $17.00, 50/50 $43., Sergeants $ 69. The meeting was adjourned at 8:15 Next Meeting:
