The meeting started at 6:35 PM with the pledge, song, and a prayer by our President.  We had 21 members present as follows: Joe, Lou, Roy, Werner, Julie, Barbara, Betsy, Bob D., Peter, Bill, Dale, Tom, Kevin, Newt, Garry, Cheryl, Muriel, Deborah, Janice, Steve, President Bob, Secretary Joanne.  We also had 3 guests present Amanda Jones our student of the month for January from Center Moriches, her Mother Mary Underhill, & Janice Grafs Husband Bill who is recovering from a very bad burn.

Bob D. & Peter Traina brought us up to date on what they have set up so far for the Spaghetti Dinner which will take place April 19th.  Time 4 to 8PM

They gave out tickets to all the members that were present.  The seven people who where not present please call Bob D. to arrange picking up your tickets if you are not going to be at the meeting next week.

They are giving the two interact club each 100 tickets to sell. 

They are selling table sponsors for $200.00 and I believe they said they have 6 sponsors so far.  The place Mat ads will go for the scholarships that we give out every year at the High School Graduations. Newt will get them printed up. Anton is supplying the Spaghetti sauce and they got a sponsor for 1500 meatballs GH Provisions.  Werner will again supply the bread.  They discussed salad.  They are putting up posters at Greenwood Village and the Waterways.  The proceeds of the Spaghetti dinner goes to the camp.

The Senior citizen dinner will take place March 21 at 6 PM at Eastport-South Manor High School anyone available to help the interact kids please let us know.

Bob D. & Peter also are looking into Westhampton Performing Arts to have a concert to benefit the camp.  they are looking into having Henry perform there in July or August.  Henry fee is $2,500.  Tickets would be about $35.00 each.

Muriel won the 50/50 and drew the 2 of clubs.  We also had the Sergeants report.

Joe Maag won the foundation raffle.

The Student of the months presentation will take place Thursday, April 5th. and will include the students for February and March.  We will also have the certificate for the January student at that time and give it to Janice to present to her in school. As she was not able to be reached to advise her of the postponement and she was at our March 8th meeting.

Please get your bowling teams together as March 24th is coming up quickly.  I was pleased with the number of bottles of wine, etc., that was brought to the meeting.  I could still use some other liquors to complete the baskets.

Bill gave us the good news that he and his wife Maria will be picking up their baby in May.  We are all very happy for them.

See you Thursday at Tavern on Main. Lets see how close to perfect attendance we can have.  March 8th attendance was a big improvement.  Lets keep it up.
